Overview
Most pre-workouts are a caffeine pill with a light show attached. I train before seven and again sometimes at six in the evening, and I will not take caffeine at six. So this one has none, and what it does have is three ingredients at full, honest amounts rather than a proprietary blend that hides a pinch of each.
Citrulline at six grams, beta-alanine at 3.2 grams, creatine at three. Those are the figures from the position stands, and they are printed on the front where a blend would print a trademark. Arginine is left out because citrulline raises arginine in the blood more efficiently than arginine itself does.
Beta-alanine makes some people tingle for twenty minutes. It is harmless and it is on the pack, so nobody is surprised.
Planned formulation, in descending order of weight. The final list follows the manufacturer's specification.
Serving: About 15 g (one scoop).
One scoop in 300 to 400 ml of water, 30 to 60 minutes before training. On rest days, a plain creatine scoop is enough.
Per scoop (planned specification).
| Nutrient or ingredient | Amount | Note |
|---|---|---|
| L-citrulline | 6 g | |
| Beta-alanine | 3.2 g | may cause a harmless tingling |
| Creatine monohydrate | 3 g | |
| Caffeine | 0 mg |

Adults who train hard and want the ingredients without the stimulant.
If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or under medical supervision, ask a pharmacist or doctor before use. For adults. Not intended for people under 18.
Because many people train in the evening, and because anyone who wants caffeine already has a coffee. Adding it would decide for you.
Beta-alanine causes a short, harmless prickling on the skin in some people. Splitting the scoop in two reduces it.
