Plant-based foundations
Pea and rice blend, 1 kg. A pea and rice blend built for a 30 g serving, because that is the amount a plant plate often falls short by.

Overview
I eat my protein from lentils, tofu, oats and bread most of the day. A powder is for the meal where that does not work: the early breakfast, the hour after training, the day that got away. It is a food, not a fix, and I want it to behave like one.
Pea and rice together cover each other's weak amino acids, and a 30 g serving is sized so that the leucine lands where a plant meal needs it to. Pea protein carries about 8 to 9 percent leucine against 11 percent in whey, which is exactly why the scoop is 30 g and not 20.
Every batch of plant protein should be tested for heavy metals, because plant proteins carry more lead than dairy ones on average. That test is part of the specification, not an afterthought, and the certificate will be linked from this page when the first batch exists.
Planned formulation, in descending order of weight. The final list follows the manufacturer's specification.
Serving: 30 g (one scoop), 33 per pack.
One scoop (30 g) in 250 to 300 ml of water or plant milk, shaken. Any time of day; after training if you train.
Per 30 g serving (target specification; the full nutrition declaration follows the manufacturer's analysis).
| Nutrient or ingredient | Amount | Note |

| Leucine | about 2 g | pea and rice at 8 to 9 percent leucine |
| Added sugars | 0 g | sweetened with steviol glycosides |

Adults who want a plant-based protein serving that is easy to count.
If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or under medical supervision, ask a pharmacist or doctor before use. For adults. Not intended for people under 18.
Soy is a fine protein; we chose pea and rice so the blend stays off the major allergen list and tastes less earthy.
The first flavor is a plain vanilla sweetened with stevia. If stevia is not for you, the unflavored version is on the list for later.
No. It is the size at which a plant protein reaches the leucine that a whey serving reaches at 20 to 25 g.
