Overview
Fiber is the thing I would never sell if I thought anyone would use it instead of lentils. Oats, beans, berries and bread are better in every way: cheaper, more varied, and they come with the food. This tub is for the week on the road, the breakfast that is only coffee, the person who is building the habit and needs a bridge.
It is two ingredients. Oat beta-glucan, at the three gram daily amount the authorized wording names, and psyllium husk, the fiber with the longest record of plain, well-tolerated use. A little partially hydrolyzed guar gum is planned alongside for people who find psyllium harsh at first.
The scoop goes into water and you drink a full glass after it. That sentence is not a suggestion; it is how psyllium is used safely, and it will be printed on the front.
Planned formulation, in descending order of weight. The final list follows the manufacturer's specification.
Serving: 10 g (one scoop), 30 per pack.
One scoop (10 g) stirred into at least 250 ml of water, drunk straight away, followed by another glass of water. Start with half a scoop for the first week.
Per 10 g serving (target specification; the final fiber declaration follows the manufacturer's analysis).
| Nutrient or ingredient | Amount | Note |
|---|---|---|
| Oat beta-glucan | 3 g | the register requirement for the beta-glucan wording |
| Psyllium husk | 5 g | |
| Partially hydrolyzed guar gum | 2 g | |
| Dietary fiber | about 8 g | over 6 g per 100 g, the high fiber threshold |

General information about a planned product, not advice for you. A pharmacist or doctor knows your medicines; we do not.
Adults who want a plain fiber serving on the days food does not provide it.
If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or under medical supervision, ask a pharmacist or doctor before use. For adults. Not intended for people under 18.
Because oat beta-glucan is the fiber with the specific authorized wording, and because two fibers are gentler than a large dose of one.
Faintly of oats. It thickens quickly, which is why you drink it straight away.
